- Responsible for activities that contribute to planning, creating, and implementing an IT vision and strategy for Testing Center of Excellence (TCoE).
- Oversee the development of corporate standards, technology architecture, technology evaluation and transfer.
- Facilitate adoption of enterprise testing practices across the organization to drive significant increases in quality of IT delivery.
- Knowledge of industry best practices for Software Quality Assurance
- Experience introducing and facilitating organization change through proven change management techniques
- Test Management experience for large IT projects
- Experience in automated testing tools is preferred
- Effective communications with executives, peers and direct reports
